Send Email to Customers Asking for Newsletter Items
For customers who have Illuminate Premier, we need to ask them what listing and/or custom item they would like added to their newsletter. For a list of customers who have Illuminate Premier, visit this Airtable link.
A) In Freshdesk, create a new email by going to New > New Email
B) Send each customer the Canned Response, “[ACTION REQUIRED] Listings and/or Content for Newsletter” in Freshdesk

Blog Post Requirements
All blog posts should have the following:
- All blogs should be more than 1,000 words
- Multiple headings to break up the content
- Links to external sources, especially when you’re talking about information you got somewhere
- Multiple images. PLEASE do not use copyrighted imagery and ALWAYS provide attribution on images that require it. See the next step.
Find Blog Images AND Featured Image
A) For any images to be used in the copy AND to find a featured image, please find an image in one of the following places:
- Assets folder on Google Drive at this link
- https://pixabay.com
- https://pexels.com
- Google image search **
** NOTE: when doing a Google image search, you must filter for creative commons licenses and you must attribute properly. For instructions on how to filter for CC images and how to attribute images you found on Flickr or Wikipedia, please follow the procedure at this link.
B) Save the link to the image in the Google doc and the Marketing Assistant will download and attribute it properly when they post the blog
