When you see an email come through with info on a listing, please follow the procedure at this link.

Example subject lines include:

  • Spotlight Tour is ready!
  • Property Tour is now online
  • Just sold for social media

Subject: Available Updates

When you see a support request with the subject: Available Updates, this means our client WordPress websites have updates that need to be made.

A) Login to the hub at this link

B) Click “Update Everything” and allow the updates to run

NOTE: When you run an update, sometimes it finds new updates to make. You may need to run updates multiple times until the “Total Updates” equals zero
