Confirm Post on Facebook

A) Go to the Market’s Instagram account and find this post

If this is an Illuminate Social post, find the published post on the Market’s demo page:

• For Orange County, use this page unless it is a link-only post then grab it from Facebook here

NOTE: All other Illuminate markets will update Airtable automatically!

B) For Instagram, click on the post then copy the link in the address bar. For Facebook, click on the date/time link to go directly to the Facebook post’s link then copy that link in the address bar.

Update Airtable Record

A) Click this link to go to the Record Posted Items view in Airtable

B) Find the record in the list and paste the link into the “Live Link” field

C) Enter the date and time the post was posted into the “Post Date/Time” field

D) Check the “Done” box

E) Change the stage to “Complete”

Verify Dates in Airtable

A) If this is an Illuminate Social post, verify the dates have been updated for all the clients in Airtable in this view.

• For Link posts, the Facebook and LinkedIn columns should be updated
• For Graphic posts, the Facebook and Instagram columns should be updated

If a date has not been updated, check the history in Integromat.

Archive the Project

A) Complete the “Confirm Post and Complete Project” task

B) Click the 3 “More” buttons next to the project’s title and click “Archive”
